Delivery Information
All our orders are processed immediately and normally are dispatched within 2 hours (Mon - Fri) from your order. The most of our products are dispatched from our main facility in Dublin - Ireland. This strategic position permits us to sell Worldwide as everything is shipped fast through air post.
To protect our customer's privacy and safety all our parcels are dispatched with the tracked service. which ever the destination.
Within the same business day (Mon - Fri) you will get a confirm message with the tracking number and some shipping information.
Then the delivery time depends from your actual location. The average delivery time using our standard tracked shipping is:
Ireland and NI: Next Day Delivery
UK: 2/3 working days
EU: up to 5 working days depending the actual location
USA & CANADA: 6/7 working days
AUSTRALIA & NZ: 8/9 working days
RUSSIAN FEDERATION: up to 13 working days
MIDDLE EAST: 7 working days (but some specific countries such as Qatar, EAU have delays due to customs checks)
FAR EAST (Singapore, HK, Thailand): 8/9 working days
SOUTH AMERICA & CENTRAL AMERICA: 9 working days
AFRICA: up to 10 working days (depends from the actual country)
The above average time is for the flat rate shipping or free shipping, though we do offer a faster service for an upgraded price (select from our shipping option).
Remember also that all our parcels to any destination in the world are marked as "gift" so to avoid any trouble with extra fees, or import duty.
All our parcels are 100% discreet without any company name, brand or product's information just a plain parcel!
For our local customers we do offer a pick up service from our depot or a daily collection point in a nearby Shopping Centre.
As you can see from the above picture: the sender is a private person with a private address, no company names or logo. All the parcels are dispatched wth tracking and signature required.
RETURNS:
We do have a 60 days return policy, so if you are not happy with your item and you want to return it you have 60 days to do so. The only condition is that the item has to be NOT used and with the original packaging, without any damage.
